General Overview
Marshall Lake Homeowners Association is located in Thornton, Colorado at E. 134th Avenue and Holly Street. The Association consists of 316 Single Family Homes and was established in 2005. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.

A playground is located within the community across from 6301 Leyden Street. It's a great place to have some fun when weather permits!

Park (City)
Right next to the community is “Marshall Lake Park” which is owned and maintained by the city. It sure feels like it is part of the community though and is open for use by all residents. This amenity is a wonderful place to enjoy friends, have lunch, or even host full-blown social gatherings outside.
